The Cluster Manager - Gym is responsible for overseeing the operations, performance, and profitability of multiple gym branches within a designated cluster. This role ensures that all locations maintain high standards of service, safety, cleanliness, and member satisfaction, while also achieving business targets including revenue, member retention, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:1. Operational Management
Supervise daily operations across multiple gym locations.
Monitor inventory, equipment maintenance, and facility upkeep.
Ensure smooth functioning of all departments including front desk, fitness training, housekeeping, and sales.
2. Team Leadership
Recruit, train, and manage Gym Managers and their teams.
Conduct regular performance reviews, provide coaching, and support employee development.
Ensure adequate staffing levels and schedule optimization across locations.
3. Sales & Revenue Management
Drive monthly and quarterly sales targets for memberships, personal training, and other services.
Monitor performance metrics and implement strategies to increase footfall and conversions.
Collaborate with marketing to execute local campaigns, events, and promotions.
4. Customer Experience & Retention
Ensure exceptional member service and prompt resolution of escalated concerns.
Analyze member feedback and implement improvements.
Foster a positive, engaging environment to enhance member satisfaction and retention.
5. Reporting & Compliance
Generate and analyze operational and financial reports for each gym.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and legal regulations.
Maintain accurate documentation for audits and internal reviews.
