The Cluster Store Manager will be responsible for driving sales, maximizing profitability, and ensuring operational excellence across all stores within the cluster. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a proven track record of success in retail management, and the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide leadership and direction to store managers and their teams, ensuring alignment with company goals and standards.
Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and meet or exceed sales targets for the cluster.
Monitor store performance and key performance indicators (KPIs), identifying areas for improvement and implementing action plans as needed.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational standards across all stores.
Oversee staffing levels and recruitment efforts, ensuring that each store is adequately staffed with qualified personnel.
Train and develop store managers and staff to deliver excellent customer service and achieve operational excellence.
Manage inventory levels and merchandise assortment, optimizing product mix and allocation based on sales trends and customer demand.
Implement marketing and promotional initiatives to drive traffic and increase sales, in collaboration with the marketing team.
Conduct regular store visits and audits to assess compliance with standards and identify opportunities for improvement.
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that promotes employee engagement, morale, and retention.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, retail management, or a related field.
7 to 10 years of Experience in retail industry.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business results.
Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects effectively.
Knowledge of retail operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and customer service.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
