Job Purpose
\xe2\x80\x9cThis position is open with Bajaj Finance ltd.\xe2\x80\x9d To co-ordinate with analytics team and ensure to manage required data and execute digital & SMS campaigns.


Job Duties & Key Responsibilities
* Duties and Responsibilities - PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES (Accountabilities associated with the job) \xe2\x80\xa2 2-3 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in Marketing concepts Campaign Automation and knowledge of marketing Channels - SMS Email and Digital Channels. \xe2\x80\xa2 Proficient knowledge of campaign management tools \xe2\x80\x93Responsys. \xe2\x80\xa2 BFSI background is a must preferably credit card. \xe2\x80\xa2 Knowledge of Campaign Evaluation Methods like - A/B testing Target-Control. \xe2\x80\xa2 Drive new initiatives offers & consumer promo campaigns with alliances to scale up transaction & cross sell for Credit card. \xe2\x80\xa2 Hands-on Knowledge of SQL/SAS 4. MAJOR CHALLENGES (Challenges faced on an on-going basis in carrying out the job) \xe2\x80\xa2 Providing support to constantly changing sales process trainings and timely set up of processes 5. DECISIONS (Key decisions taken by job holder at his/her end) \xe2\x80\xa2 Hourly sales tracking and take action to improve productivity in term of data analytics. 6.
