Job Summary:
As a Cluster Manager - Business Banking, you will be responsible for managing and growing the business banking portfolio in the assigned cluster. You will lead a team of Relationship Managers and work closely with the Sales and Business Lending departments to achieve business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to acquire new business banking customers in the assigned cluster
- Manage and grow the existing portfolio by cross-selling and up-selling financial products and services
- Lead and motivate the team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, internal teams, and external partners
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and internal policies and procedures
- Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on the performance of the cluster
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Banking or related field
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing a team
- Strong knowledge of financial products and services
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Willingness to travel within the assigned cluster
