As a Cluster Manager, you will oversee operations of 8-10 stores, driving sales performance, team productivity, and customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include meeting KPIs, analyzing performance data, ensuring brand compliance, managing inventory, and supporting new store setups. You will lead and develop store teams, conduct audits, manage staffing, and foster a high-performance culture. Coordination with cross-functional teams and regular reporting to senior management are essential to achieving business objectives and operational excellence.
Retail Operations & Sales Management:
Manage the day-to-day operations of 8-10 stores within the assigned cluster.
Drive sales targets and ensure each store achieves its KPIs (conversion rate, ABS etc.).
Analyze store performance data and develop action plans to address gaps.
Support new store openings, relocations, and closures as required.
Team Leadership & Development:
Recruit, train, mentor, and manage Store Managers and their teams.
Conduct regular store visits, audits, and performance reviews.
Drive staff engagement and ensure a high-performance culture across all stores.
Address staffing issues, attrition, and manpower planning proactively.
Customer Experience & Brand Compliance:
Ensure exceptional customer service is delivered at every store.
Enforce SOPs and ensure compliance with brand guidelines (visual merchandising, grooming, customer interaction).
Monitor and improve customer satisfaction and retention strategies.
Inventory & Stock Management:
Coordinate with supply chain and warehouse teams to ensure timely stock replenishment.
Monitor stock turns, slow movers, and prevent pilferage and shrinkage.
Support seasonal planning and local promotions to optimize inventory flow.
Reporting & Coordination:
Submit weekly and monthly reports on sales performance, operational challenges, and team productivity.
Collaborate with Marketing, VM, HR, and IT departments to support business goals.
Provide regular feedback to higher management for strategic improvements.
