Key Responsibilities

Performance Oversight:

Monitor and improve the sales, finances, and operational performance of multiple general trade stores within a cluster.

Managerial Guidance:

Provide leadership, coaching, and support to sales executives and their teams.

Strategic Implementation:

Develop and implement cluster-level strategies and action plans to align with overall organizational goals.

Operational Management:

Oversee staffing, resolve complex operational issues, and ensure adequate stock levels .

Reporting & Analysis:

Analyze data and metrics to identify opportunities for improvement, drive efficiencies, and report on the cluster's performance.
Skills and Qualifications

Leadership & People Management:

The ability to lead, motivate, and guide teams of retail managers and employees.

Financial & Sales Acumen:

A strong understanding of financial performance, sales targets, and key performance indicators.

Strategic Thinking:

Capable of developing and executing regional or cluster-level strategies.

Problem-Solving:

Adept at resolving complex operational and customer service issues that arise across multiple locations.

Communication:

Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and report to senior management.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
