Complete onboarding & documentation on time.
Monitor attendance and provide payroll inputs.
Address employee grievances and support employee engagement activities.
Coordinate training & development requirements.
Regular store visits and HR reporting.
Requirements:
MBA/PGDM in HR or relevant qualification.
2-5 years of HR experience (retail experience preferred).
Good communication & people management skills.
Willingness to travel across cluster locations.
