Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Chief of Cluster and HODs to understand the business priorities, overall strategy and plan for the HR goals and objectives.
  • Drive adherence to HR 8 IR governance frameworks established at the Group/BU level;
  • Understand Cluster requirements and work with Business HR Head to finalize and detail out annual manpower requirements for Cluster.
  • Ensure smooth communication and implementation of talent management processes at the Cluster level (such as leadership development, HiPo's identification and development initiatives, performance, and career management through mentoring and internal career movements)
  • Assess the training needs of employees at the Cluster, prepare annual training calender and ensure execution.
  • Performance Management Systems
  • Facilitate KRA setting exercise for all employees at Cluster.
  • Drive self-assessment and lead the mid-year reviews and ensure feedback for Cluster employees is captured online in the PMS system
  • Facilitate annual assessment and calibration exercise to finalize performance ratings
  • Drive implementation of employee engagement initiatives across cluster such as employee engagement surveys, pulse checks, etc. to ensure high level of employee engagement and retention of critical talent
  • Employee and Industrial Relations
  • Contribute to the formulation of the IR 8 ER strategy and provide strategic support in drafting policies 8 guidelines for outsourced manpower management for the Cluster
  • Closely monitor IR health and adherence to statutory compliances at the Cluster level;
  • Lead resolution of labour grievances raised through mechanisms at Cluster
  • Ensure smooth functioning of HR operational systems at the Cluster and facilitate resolution of recurring issues and escalate matters where necessary
  • Ensure smooth Admin activities
  • Ensure smooth function of CSR activities in line with Adani Foundation philosophy.
Qualifications:
Qualification
MBA/MSW/ PG in HR or IR&PM, or Social Work
Experiences:
Minimum 15 years of work experience
