Dr. Aravind's IVF is seeking an experienced and dynamic
Cluster HR Executive
to manage and support end-to-end HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, compliance, payroll coordination, and performance management. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in fostering a positive workplace culture and supporting the growth of a high-performing healthcare team.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee recruitment processes, from job postings to onboarding.
Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws.
Coordinate payroll and benefits administration.
Support performance appraisal systems and employee development.
Handle grievances, disciplinary actions, and employee engagement initiatives.
Collaborate with management to develop HR policies and strategies aligned with organizational goals.
Requirements:
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources or related field.
3-5 years of HR experience, preferably in healthcare or clinical settings.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
