EXPERIENCE RANGE: Good years of similar experience in managing residential properties with a large-scale Real Estate Developer or International Property Consultants etc. KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Lead a Sales team for multiple projects. 2. Should be dynamic & able to drive Sales for the Cluster. 3. Ability to train & motivate team to achieve results. 4. Should have in depth knowledge of Real Estate sales. 5. Excellent negotiator & should be able to crack difficult deals. 6. Maintain relations with Developers & ensure smooth business relations. 7. Coordinate with Post Sales & ensure collections are on time for booked customers.
