Role Overview

The Cluster Head (Individual Contributor) will be responsible for acquiring, advising, and managing High Net Worth (HNI/UHNI) clients, providing end-to-end wealth management solutions. The role focuses on relationship management, portfolio advisory, and achieving AUM growth while collaborating with internal experts to deliver holistic financial solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, acquire, and manage HNI / UHNI clients with a focus on long-term relationship building and AUM growth. Understand clients' detailed investment goals and design comprehensive asset allocation and wealth management plans. Advise clients across asset classes -- Equity, Debt, Mutual Funds, Alternate Assets, and Structured Products. Provide strategic investment guidance with the support of in-house experts in Corporate Finance, M&A, and Private Equity. Manage clients' overall investment portfolios, ensuring diversification, optimal returns, and compliance. Coordinate with internal product, research, and operations teams for customized client solutions. Maintain high standards of client servicing and ensure consistent delivery on financial and advisory commitments.

Skills & Experience Required

Strong knowledge of Equities (must), Mutual Funds, Tax Planning, Financial Planning, Fixed Income, and Alternate Investments. Proven experience in advising HNI clients across asset classes. Prior experience as a Relationship Manager / Wealth Manager in a Private Banking or Wealth Management setup. Strong track record of achieving AUM and revenue targets individually. Excellent understanding of financial markets, investment products, and client profiling.
