Build and manage channel partner and broker networks

Operations & Project Oversight
Oversee day-to-day operations of multiple sites/projects
Ensure timely project execution in coordination with construction, legal, and CRM teams
Monitor inventory, pricing strategies, and promotions
Ensure adherence to company policies, RERA norms, and legal guidelines
Team Leadership & People Management
Lead, mentor, and motivate sales managers, site heads, and support teams
Conduct regular performance reviews and training sessions
Build a high-performance culture focused on accountability and results
Ensure manpower planning and optimal resource utilization
Strategic Planning & Market Intelligence
Analyze local market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences
Provide insights and recommendations to senior management
Support new project launches and expansion initiatives within the cluster
Customer Relationship Management
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality
Address escalations and resolve critical customer issues

Qualifications & Experience
