Key Responsibilities



Sales & Revenue Management



Drive sales and revenue targets across assigned projects/locations within the cluster Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with organizational goals Monitor sales performance, conversion ratios, and market trends Build and manage channel partner and broker networks Ensure effective lead management and customer engagement

Operations & Project Oversight



Oversee day-to-day operations of multiple sites/projects Ensure timely project execution in coordination with construction, legal, and CRM teams Monitor inventory, pricing strategies, and promotions Ensure adherence to company policies, RERA norms, and legal guidelines

Team Leadership & People Management



Lead, mentor, and motivate sales managers, site heads, and support teams Conduct regular performance reviews and training sessions Build a high-performance culture focused on accountability and results Ensure manpower planning and optimal resource utilization

Strategic Planning & Market Intelligence



Analyze local market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences Provide insights and recommendations to senior management Support new project launches and expansion initiatives within the cluster

Customer Relationship Management



Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality Address escalations and resolve critical customer issues Strengthening brand reputation through superior customer experience

Key Skills & Competencies



Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management abilities Strategic thinking with strong execution capability In-depth knowledge of real estate sales, regulations, and market dynamics Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills

Qualifications & Experience



Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred) 12- 18 years of experience in the real estate industry Proven experience managing multiple projects or locations Strong track record of achieving sales and revenue targets

Revenue and sales target achievement Sales conversion ratios and inventory movement Team performance and retention Customer satisfaction and complaint resolution Compliance and operational efficiency
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,500,000.00 per year
