Lead the overall functioning of the center(s) -- covering admissions, operations, and administration.
Plan and execute local marketing, outreach, and lead-generation activities to achieve monthly admission targets.
Drive enrollment growth through effective counseling, student engagement, and conversion strategies.
Manage a team of branch managers, counselors, and operations staff, ensuring productivity and motivation.
Maintain operational excellence -- from student onboarding to academic and service quality delivery.
Review P&L performance, budgeting, and financial reporting of centers.
Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, lead funnels, and team performance dashboards.
Coordinate with corporate, academic, and regional departments for smooth functioning of all processes.
Ensure compliance with institutional standards, documentation, and audit requirements.
Foster a customer-first culture to enhance parent satisfaction and student retention.
