Lead and manage a cluster of branches or units within the organization.

Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve business objectives and growth targets.

Oversee and coordinate the activities of branch managers and teams.

Provide leadership and direction to branch managers, ensuring they meet performance goals.

Analyze market trends and competition to identify opportunities and threats.

Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Monitor financial performance and budgets of the cluster.

Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement strategies for growth.

Proven experience in leadership roles within the industry or a similar sector.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to make sound decisions in a dynamic and competitive environment.

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
