We are looking for a Cluster Manager for Kanakpura Road

Experience: 3-5 years

Responsibilities

Operations Management: Oversee the daily operations of the preschool, ensuring smooth functioning and adherence to policies and procedures. Maintain a clean, safe, and stimulating learning environment. Manage the center's budget and financial transactions. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards

Staff Management: Supervise and mentor preschool teachers and staff. Hire, train, and evaluate staff members. Provide professional development opportunities for staff. Address staff issues and concerns effectively.

Parent and Community Relations: Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and development. Organize and participate in parent-teacher meetings and events. Build strong relationships with parents and the local community.

Admissions and Enrolment: Manage the admissions process, including tours, applications, and enrolment. Work with parents to ensure a smooth transition for children into the preschool. Promote the preschool to attract new students.

Quality Assurance: Monitor and evaluate the quality of the preschool program and services. Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance the learning environment. Ensure that the preschool meets and exceeds quality standards.
