We are seeking a dynamic and proactive

Cluster Coordinator

to oversee and facilitate the implementation of

Total Productive Maintenance (TPM)

initiatives across Industrial Training Institutes (ITIs) within an assigned district. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships with ITIs, supporting students in utilizing TPM learning tools, and conducting engagement sessions to enhance practical knowledge and project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Stakeholder Engagement:

Establish and maintain strong communication channels with Industrial Training Institutes (ITIs) within the designated district.

Data Collection & Management:

Collect and maintain a structured database of enrolled ITI students for TPM-related activities.

Digital Onboarding:

Assist students with downloading the official TPM mobile application, creating user accounts, and navigating through the platform for optimal usage.

Student Support & Mentorship:

Conduct open-house sessions at ITIs to address student queries, clarify doubts, and provide guidance on TPM principles and project execution.

Project Facilitation:

Support students in initiating and managing TPM-related projects by providing technical insights, resources, and follow-up support.

Reporting & Documentation:

Prepare regular updates on student engagement, session feedback, and progress of TPM project work at various institutes.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field (preferred) Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to travel within the district as required Tech-savvy and comfortable with mobile apps and basic data handling Previous experience in vocational training, industrial outreach, or TPM is a plus

Experience -

4-6 years of relevant experience in any manufacturing industry will be Preferred

Education -

Any Graduate or Diploma holder from Technical domain will be preferred.

The candidate should be presentable, fluent in Kannada & having 2 wheeler is preferred. The candidate should be ready & comfortable to travel within specified district/territory of Karnataka visiting various govt & private Industrial Training Institutes (ITI's)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
