We are seeking an experienced Area Chef to join our team in Chennai & Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Indian and Chinese cuisine, with extensive experience in high-pressure kitchen environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee kitchen operations across multiple locations.
Ensure consistent quality and presentation of dishes.
Collaborate with the culinary team to develop and refine menu items.
Manage inventory and ordering of kitchen supplies.
Maintain food safety and hygiene standards.
Qualifications:
Education:
Any Diploma/Degree /Food & Beverage Production Certificate.
Experience:
6+ years, currently working as a Sous Chef in a star hotel or as a Head Chef/Area Chef/Executive Chef in QSR chains.
Cuisine Expertise:
Must have experience in Indian and Chinese cuisines.
Currently Located in Chennai and Bangalore with Bike and Driving License.
