We are looking for an experienced and result-driven
Cluster Business Head
to lead and grow our
Affordable Home Loan business
in the Pudukottai cluster. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business volumes, managing branch teams, expanding channel partnerships, and ensuring operational excellence across the cluster.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Lead and manage multiple branches within the cluster to achieve business targets
+ Drive Affordable Home Loan sales through
DSA, DST, connectors, and open market sourcing
+ Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate branch and sales teams
+ Monitor daily performance, productivity, and MIS for the cluster
+ Ensure adherence to credit, legal, and compliance guidelines
+ Develop strong relationships with
builders, brokers, DSAs, and local influencers
+ Review pipeline, login-to-disbursement ratios, and TAT regularly
+ Coordinate closely with Credit, Legal, Operations, and Collections teams
+ Conduct regular branch reviews and market visits
Required Skills & Competencies:
+ Strong leadership and people management skills
+ In-depth knowledge of Affordable Home Loan products and processes
+ Proven ability to scale business in semi-urban / rural markets
+ Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills
+ Strong analytical and MIS management capabilities
Preferred Candidate Profile:
+ Experience in Affordable Housing Finance / HFC / Bank
+ Exposure to cluster or multi-branch management
+ Strong local market knowledge of Pudukottai and nearby regions
