You will be JLL's front liner at the site for anticipating guest needs and resolving all customer related concerns. Your role is to ensure that customer service is maintained as per the standards set by the us. Your day to day activities will involve:
You will be fully responsible for the upkeep maintenance of the entire podium level which consists of horticulture and the greenery area.
All amenities should be handle efficiently by the club manager
Indoor and outdoor amenities at podium level should be maintain upkeep and operate efficiently
Gym equipment upkeep, rules regulations to be maintain on daily basis
Swimming Pool and swimming pool plant room to be maintained under supervision of club manager
Swimming pool rules and regulations to be followed strictly
Rules and regulations for indoor and outdoor amenities to be followed in co-ordination with BR management & resident committee
Banquet, Party areas, Mini Theatre, AV Room operations to be followed properly and strictly.
In case of any damage to property, the penalty should be levied and revenue should be tracked on weekly basis
Ensure that no misbehavior or malicious practices at podium level
Club manager will be in charge of the entire clubhouse team and their grooming and etiquette of hospitality
Stringent decisions sometimes to be taken in the welfare of the residents to be taken
Extra-curricular activities such as occasional festival, get together to be organize for interaction with residents
