Job Description

Roles and responsibilities-:

Managing the overall operations of the clubhouse, including the food, housekeeping, maintenance, and security. Formulating the budget for the clubhouse, adhering the operational expenses under the sanctioned budget, monitoring it time to time to ensure that the goals are met, related to the operations and expense. Maintaining and up keeping an accurate inventory of equipment. Ensuring the overall cleanliness of the clubhouse and the smooth functioning of the amenities that it offers Ensure a safe working environment and attitude on the part of all employees in areas of responsibilities Assuring that all services to the members and the guests are conducted in a rightly and in a professional mannerism. Overseeing actual service on a routine, random basis. Greeting the guests and addressing their queries, grievances and getting them resolved suitably. Assists in planning and implementing procedures for special club events and banquet functions. Establishing the quantity and quality output standards. Inspecting the safety and sanitation. Interviewing, selecting, training, supervising, counseling and maintaining the discipline among employees in the department and in the clubhouse. Developing an on-going professional development and training programs for service staff. Supporting the team for their conducts and coordinating the various activities related to recreation and refreshment. Approving all product invoices before submitting to the accounting department. Maintaining the records of special events, house counts, food covers and daily business volumes.
