We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused professional to join our team as a Club Membership Fees Executive.
In this role, you will be responsible for handling member inquiries, collecting membership dues, and ensuring every customer interaction is efficient and positive. Your efforts will play a key part in delivering exceptional service and supporting the team's overall success.

Key Responsibilities:
Customer Interaction:
Respond to member inquiries via phone, email, or chat promptly and professionally, following departmental SOPs.
Provide accurate information regarding membership details, Invoice Details , products, services, and reservation processes.
Assist members with pending dues, billing clarifications, and booking-related queries to ensure a smooth experience.
Issue Resolution:
Address and resolve member complaints or concerns with empathy and efficiency.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team or manager when necessary.
Follow up to ensure members are satisfied with the resolution provided.
Product Knowledge:
Stay updated on company products, services, and promotions to offer accurate and relevant information to members.
Participate in regular training sessions to enhance service delivery and communication skills.
What We're Looking For:
Strong communication skills in English and Hindi
Good interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
Prior experience in customer service, billing, or membership management preferred
Must be based in Bangalore and available for immediate joining
