Supervise daily club operations, including front desk, housekeeping, gym, pool, cafe, and other recreational areas.
Ensure high levels of member satisfaction through effective service and facility standards.
Recruit, train, and manage staff such as trainers, receptionists, and maintenance teams.
Monitor facility maintenance, cleanliness, and safety compliance.
Handle member queries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase memberships and event participation.
Maintain financial records, prepare reports, and manage budgets.
Coordinate club events, fitness programs, and community activities.
