We are looking for an accomplished and service-oriented Club Manager to lead the
operations of our premium fitness and wellness club. The role demands a professional who
can blend operational efficiency with exceptional member experience, uphold brand
excellence, and drive sustained business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all aspects of club operations, ensuring a seamless and elevated member
experience.
Lead, mentor, and motivate team members to maintain service and performance
excellence.
Ensure the facility reflects the brand's high standards of cleanliness, safety, and
aesthetics.
Develop and execute business strategies to enhance membership acquisition and
retention.
Manage budgets, monitor key performance metrics, and optimize operational
efficiency.
Collaborate with marketing and partnerships teams to strengthen brand visibility
and community engagement.
Uphold compliance with all operational, safety, and company standards.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field (preferred).
Minimum 1 year of experience in a leadership role within fitness, hospitality, or
luxury services.
Exceptional communication, leadership, and people management skills.
Strong commercial acumen with a focus on service excellence and member satisfaction

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
