to oversee day-to-day gym operations, drive membership sales, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the overall

club operations

, ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all members. Drive

membership sales, renewals, and lead conversions

through effective customer engagement and follow-ups. Handle

front desk activities, client onboarding, and member satisfaction programs

. Supervise and support trainers, housekeeping, and administrative staff to maintain smooth daily operations. Monitor

sales targets, monthly performance reports, and customer feedback

for continuous improvement. Plan and execute

local marketing activities and promotional events

to attract new members. Ensure compliance with

brand standards, customer service protocols, and operational policies

. Build relationships with members to enhance retention and ensure a positive gym culture.

Requirements:

1-3 years of experience in

club management, fitness center operations, or hospitality management

. Strong communication, leadership, and sales skills. Good knowledge of

membership management, CRM systems, and customer service tools

. Presentable personality and passion for fitness and client relations.
