The Club Incharge will be responsible for the overall management, operations, and upkeep of the residential society club. This includes supervising daily activities, ensuring smooth functioning of facilities, maintaining cleanliness and safety standards, coordinating events, and providing excellent member services to enhance community engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Club Operations & Administration
Oversee day-to-day functioning of the club facilities (gym, swimming pool, sports courts, activity rooms, lounge, etc.).
Maintain registers/logs for member attendance, guest entries, and facility usage.
Ensure timely opening/closing of the club as per prescribed timings.
Member Services & Engagement
Act as the first point of contact for members regarding club-related queries, bookings, and complaints.
Coordinate and organize community events, tournaments, and cultural programs.
Facilitate smooth guest entry and ensure compliance with society rules.
Facility & Equipment Maintenance
Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and safety across all club areas.
Monitor proper functioning of equipment (gym machines, lights, AC, etc.) and coordinate with maintenance teams for timely repairs.
Regular inspection of facilities and reporting issues to the management.
Staff Supervision
Supervise support staff (housekeeping, trainers, lifeguards, security, etc.).
Allocate duties and ensure discipline, punctuality, and professional conduct.
Provide basic training and motivation to staff for improved member service.
Compliance & Safety
Enforce society rules, dress codes, and usage policies for club facilities.
Ensure safety protocols at the swimming pool, gym, and sports areas.
Maintain first aid availability and emergency contact readiness.
Reporting & Coordination
Maintain daily activity and incident reports.
Submit monthly updates to the Society Management Committee.
Coordinate with vendors/service providers for AMC, consumables, and supplies.
Qualifications & Skills Required
Graduate (preferably in Hospitality / Facility Management).
Minimum 2-4 years of experience in club management, hospitality, or facility supervision.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of sports/fitness equipment maintenance.
Ability to handle complaints and resolve conflicts effectively.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) for reporting and scheduling.
