The Club Digital Reporter and Content Creator will work closely with the communications and media team to deliver first-rate content across Punjab Football Club\'s digital and social media platforms. The individual will be responsible for creating engaging content that fosters a deeper connection with our fans and showcases our team\'s activities and achievements on and off the field. About RoundGlass Sports: RoundGlass Sports is transforming sports in the state of Punjab by creating an environment that\'s both desirable and equitable, building infrastructure, training and motivation through an Academy and Grassroots program to help players reach their full potential. Our focus is on bringing world class standards to RoundGlass Punjab Football Club and The RoundGlass Sports Academy which will support the development of talent in football, hockey and tennis, underpinned by the principles of wholistic wellbeing. What you\'ll do: Content Creation: Create, edit, and distribute compelling content such as news articles, blog posts, player interviews, match reports, and feature stories for the club\'s website and various social media platforms. Matchday Coverage: Provide live digital coverage of all club matches, including build-up, live match updates, post-match reactions, and interviews. Video Production: Plan and produce high-quality videos for the club\'s online platforms, including match highlights, behind-the-scenes footage, player interviews, and promotional videos. Social Media Management: Develop and manage the club\'s social media content calendar. Monitor and engage with fans across different social media platforms. Analysis and Reporting: Analyze digital content performance using various analytical tools. Provide reports on engagement and reach and make recommendations for improvements. Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments (like the marketing team, ticketing office, and youth academy) to promote their activities and achievements. Event Coverage: Cover club events, such as press conferences, player signings, fan meet-ups, and community outreach programs, on digital platforms. Brand Adherence: Ensure that all digital content aligns with the club\'s brand guidelines and messaging. Who we\'re looking for: Bachelor\'s degree in journalism, Communications, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience as a digital reporter or content creator, preferably in sports journalism. Exceptional writing and editing skills, with the ability to produce content in the club\'s brand voice. Strong knowledge and understanding of football and the sports industry. Proficiency in social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.) and understanding of social media trends. Experience with content management systems, SEO, and web analytics tools. Ability to work well in a team, manage multiple tasks, and work under pressure to meet deadlines. Willingness to work during evenings, weekends, and matchdays. Video production skills, including filming and editing, are a plus. Proficiency in English and Punjabi is preferred.
