Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Platform Engineer to manage and enhance the cloud infrastructure for our Allianz Data Platform. You will focus on ensuring smooth operations, driving automation, improving performance, and staying ahead of emerging technologies. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in application or platform support, including 3+ years working directly with azure cloud environments You will play a key role in maintaining the availability, performance, and stability of our cloud platform, while providing timely support and guidance to internal teams.
You will
xc2xb7 Implement and maintain cloud infrastructure for the Allianz Data Platform.
xc2xb7 Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration, and scaling.
xc2xb7 Ensure security best practices and manage related tools.
xc2xb7 Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize cost and performance.
xc2xb7 Identify opportunities for improving performance, reliability, and automation.
xc2xb7 Provide DevOps expertise to teams and customers.
xc2xb7 Support Robotics Platform Automation.
xc2xb7 Handle change requests and document solutions.
xc2xb7 Stay current with emerging cloud technologies and industry trends.
xc2xb7 Respond to and resolve platform incidents, performance issues, and automation execution failures.
xc2xb7 Provide L1 and L2 support for cloud and UiPath-related issues including bot runtime problems, scheduling errors, queue processing delays, and system alerts.
xc2xb7 Participate in environment upgrades, patching, and migration projects between on-prem and cloud and from other automation tools
xc2xb7 Maintain and update platform documentation, runbooks, and standard operating procedures.
xc2xb7 Ensure compliance with security and governance policies related to UiPath platform usage.
xc2xb7 Escalate critical issues to platform engineering or UiPath support as needed.
Your skills
xc2xb7 Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
xc2xb7 5+ years of experience in DevOps or Cloud Engineering.
xc2xb7 Expertise in Microsoft Azure (VMs, VNet, Synapse, AKS, Storage, etc.).
xc2xb7 Experience with Robotics (UiPath Cloud) is highly desirable.
xc2xb7 Proficient in scripting languages like PowerShell, Bash.
xc2xb7 Experience with IaC tools (Terraform or ARM templates).
xc2xb7 Knowledge of CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps, Jenkins or Github).
xc2xb7 Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
xc2xb7 Strong hands-on experience with Linux and Windows.
xc2xb7 Familiar with incident management tools (ServiceNow, Jira).
xc2xb7 Solid understanding of networking, security, and system administration.
xc2xb7 Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
xc2xb7 Familiarity with agile methodologies is a plus.
xc2xb7 Experience with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or ARM templates.
xc2xb7 Knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitLab CI, and similar.
xc2xb7 Experience with containerization and orchestration tools.
