Job Description

We are looking for a

Cloud Support Engineer (Junior Level)

who has hands-on experience in managing and supporting cloud-based infrastructure. The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge of cloud platforms and be eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Provide

L1/L2 support

for cloud infrastructure

Desktop Support

Monitor cloud resources and respond to

alerts and incidents

Assist in

deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting

of cloud services Handle basic

Linux/Windows server support

Support

backup, recovery, and security

tasks Troubleshoot networking issues (VPC, Subnets, Security Groups, Firewalls) Maintain

documentation

for cloud setups and processes Coordinate with developers and senior engineers for issue resolution Ensure

uptime, performance, and cost optimization

Required Skills & Qualifications

6 months to 1 year experience in

Cloud Support / IT Support

Knowledge of: Virtual Machines Storage services Basic networking concepts (IP, DNS, TCP/IP) Familiarity with

Linux commands

Basic understanding of

CI/CD

concepts (optional) Good communication and problem-solving skills Willingness to work in

shifts/on-call
