Cloud Support Consultant M/F/X

• You'll become part of a global team at the forefront of cloud and hosting services.
• As an Cloud Support Consultant you will have to discover our innovative services and solutions.

Your main responsibilities :
Experience in cloud support, consulting, or infrastructure operations.
Strong knowledge of Cloud Computing and Virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V, or similar).
Hands-on experience with VMware NSX and VMware Cloud Director (VCD).
Proficiency in Networking concepts (TCP/IP, VLANs, firewalls, load balancers, VPNs, etc.).
Familiarity with Public Cloud platforms.
Your future impact
In 6 months

• Build credibility as a go-to consultant for troubleshooting and optimization.
• Contribute to successful disaster recovery drills and improved cloud service performance.

And in 1 year

• Gain hands-on expertise in VMware NSX, VCD, and public cloud platforms.

Skills required :
Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to cloud services, networking, and virtualization environments.
Work with VMware NSX and VCD to manage virtualized network and cloud environments.
Support the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of public cloud platforms.
Assist in planning and implementing disaster recovery (DR) strategies and ensure DR readiness.
That's a plus :

• VMware certifications (VCP, VCAP, or NSX-related certifications).
