Job Description


Good hands on experience on Red hat Enterprise LinuxV5/6/7 System administration and troubleshooting. Linux with AWS/Redhat Automation Tool and Scripting knowledge Hands on experience in physical tovirtual server migration . Plan/Schedule/coordinate and implementcritical changes . Strong knowledge for VPN Tunnel Strongcommunication and interpersonal skills to interact with a diverse usercommunity in quick-response situations and to coordinate/collaborate with teammembers. Responsible in MS for providing support forclients. Troubleshooting on issues belongs to virtual servers Knowledge on Cluster and DNS server troubleshooting. Automation Tool and Scripting knowledge would be added advantage. 24X7 on desk Monitoring and triaging on alerts/ Tickets. Following the set processes and escalating the tickets as per the processes defined. Support for planned activities like Patching and change implementation etc. Identifying the repeated incidents/ event alerts and escalating as per the escalation matrix. Ensure SLAs are met as per the agreement. Requirements It is mandatory to work from the customer office on all business working days. Strong Communication Skill. Good Knowledge on Linux and Windows. Hands on knowledge on AWS/ Azure. Willing to work 24X7. Open to learn new technologies and adapt to changes
