Responsibilities:

Platform Administration - manage users, security (MFA, SSO, permission sets), data model, page layouts, Record Types, Lightning pages, Dynamic Forms. Process Automation - build & optimise Flows (record-triggered, screen, scheduled), approval processes, dynamic routing rules for leads & cases. Development - write/maintain Apex classes & triggers (with test coverage80 %), tweak LWCs, create formula fields/validation rules, manage Unlocked Packages. Release & DevOps - prepare metadata in SFDX format, run changes through GitHub Actions Scratch Orgs SandboxesProduction, resolve merge conflicts. Stakeholder Enablement - run demos, write "how-to" articles, gather feedback, triage tickets with a 2-hour SLA

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in MIS, Computer Science, Engineering, Technology, Business Administration or in lieu of degree 6 years of IT experience 3-6 years administering Salesforce in medium/large orgs. Deep hands-on with Sales Cloud (Lead-to-Cash, Opportunity products, Forecast Manager) and Service Cloud (Case lifecycle, Knowledge, Omni-Channel, Entitlements). Proven Flow Builder mastery; can replace legacy Workflow/Process Builder automations. In-depth knowledge of Salesforce architecture flows, Service Cloud, CRM, Data Cloud. Strong understanding of Salesforce setup, configuration, and administration. Proficiency in Salesforce development and publishing mechanisms.
