Job Description

For the IT Security department within Sartorius Corporate Administration GmbH, we are looking for a Cloud Security Architect (x|f|m) in G\xc3\xb6ttingen, Berlin or Madrid with the opportunity to regularly work remotely. The position can be filled full-time or part-time. In your role, you will develop a broad and deep technical understanding of products, services, and cloud and network architectures that are relevant to Sartorius and create the future with us.

Your tasks

• They perform cloud architecture reviews, threat modeling and other relevant services
• Likewise, you will own and lead the roadmap for cybersecurity in the cloud environment and assess the current cybersecurity risks and status
• You will research and investigate cyber threats and security incidents as part of an integrated cybersecurity operations team
• You act as an expert in detecting anomalous activity leading to the identification of security incidents
• They evaluate the results of penetration tests and vulnerability analyzes for cloud services and analyze the requirements for new cloud solutions
• This also includes support in the analysis of security breaches in order to determine their cause
• Review and improve security measures and controls for our existing cloud environment and recommend security control objectives
• Making recommendations for suitable tools and countermeasures as well as developing SSPs, SOPs and other security documents completes your area of responsibility

Your qualifications

• You have a degree in computer science, supplemented by relevant professional experience in the development of technical solutions for large, complex IT systems
• We require strong knowledge in the areas of architecture and solutions as well as system integration for program offers and provision in companies
• You have a very good understanding of enterprise computing and cloud-based architecture patterns as they apply to cybersecurity and endpoint solutions
• You are familiar with multi-cloud architectures and building security for systems in the cloud
• Your strengths include the ability to convey complex concepts to a diverse executive audience
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English complete your profile, knowledge of German is a plus
