We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer (or equivalent developer with Salesforce expertise) to design and build a customer support portal within Salesforce. The ideal candidate will have experience with Salesforce Service Cloud. Still, we are also open to developers with a strong background in other platforms willing to learn and work with Salesforce tools and configurations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Design, configure, and implement a customer support portal using Salesforce Service Cloud.
2. Build and customize web forms, fields, and objects to capture required case information.
3. Configure case management workflows, assignment rules, and automation features to streamline support processes.
4. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand portal requirements and ensure alignment with business needs.
5. Develop and integrate a Knowledge Base section that supports both internal agents and external users.
6. Ensure Salesforce best practices are followed for security, scalability, and maintainability.
7. Perform testing, documentation, and deployment of all customizations and configurations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
1. Proven experience with Salesforce Service Cloud implementations and portal development OR strong experience as a developer with the ability to learn Salesforce technologies.
2. Strong knowledge of Salesforce configuration tools including Flow Builder, Process Builder, Custom Objects, Fields, and Page Layouts.
3. Experience in building Experience Cloud (Community) portals or similar Salesforce-based user interfaces.
4. Familiarity with case management, support automation, and knowledge management features in Salesforce.
5. Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions within the Salesforce
ecosystem.
6. Salesforce certifications such as Service Cloud Consultant or Platform App Builder are a plus.
7. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
