Duties

& Responsibilities

Triages issues between different areas of the organization.

Assists in the automation of web application deployments.

Understands and adheres to escalation paths so that issues are resolved in conjunction with outlined SLAs

Manages production infrastructure.

Manage the deployment, monitoring, and maintenance of cloud applications in Azure Cloud, with a strong focus on Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).

Develop and maintain PowerShell automation scripts for provisioning, configuration management, and system health monitoring.

Automate and script operational tasks using PowerShell.

Troubleshoot and optimize cloud applications and infrastructure, ensuring high availability and reliability.

Collaborate with development teams to ensure smooth, scalable, and efficient cloud deployments.

Implement automation workflows for cloud infrastructure enhancements and provide support for cloud architecture improvements.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

Strong experience

with

Azure Cloud

and

Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS)

. Proficiency in

PowerShell automation

, including experience writing advanced scripts for

infrastructure automation and system administration

.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with

CI/CD pipelines

and other DevOps practices. Experience with

containerization technologies

and orchestration using

Kubernetes

. Knowledge of

networking concepts

related to

Azure Cloud

and

Kubernetes

.

Experience in configuring monitoring tool such as DatadogPrometheus for kubernetes environment.

Experience in developing

Terraform

modules and

Azure Bicep

for infrastructure provisioning. Knowledge on creating and configuring

YAML

based

Azure DevOps

pipelines. Basic knowledge of

SQL

for database management and optimization. Excellent

communication and collaboration skills
