Summary: As a Cloud Platform Engineer, you will engage in the design, construction, testing, and deployment of cloud application solutions that seamlessly integrate both cloud and non-cloud infrastructures. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the architecture's viability, security, and performance while also creating proof of concepts to validate design choices and operational efficiency. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Assist in the development of best practices for cloud application deployment and management. - Support the team in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to cloud infrastructure. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Commvault Backup Administration. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with cloud service providers such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform. - Strong understanding of cloud architecture and deployment models. - Familiarity with infrastructure as code tools like Terraform or CloudFormation. - Experience in scripting languages such as Python or PowerShell for automation. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Commvault Backup Administration. - This position is based at our Gurugram office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
