Job Description

:
AWS Networking (Must-Have / Hands-On)
The architect must demonstrate deep hands-on knowledge of:

• VPC design & architecture (CIDR planning, segmentation, multi-AZ design)
• Subnets (public/private/isolated)
• Route Tables & advanced routing patterns
• Transit Gateway:

• Multi-VPC routing
• Attachment management
• Routing domains
• Cross-cloud connectivity integration (Azure Direct Connect)
• Direct Connect (preferred: experience with Azure ? AWS DC integration)
• Network Load Balancer (NLB) - including TLS termination & pass-through
• Application Load Balancer (ALB) - listener rules, routing, health checks
• API Gateway configuration (REST, private APIs, integration with PrivateLink)
• AWS PrivateLink (especially for SaaS/GWCP-style integration)
• Reverse proxies (NGINX preferred) for custom routing logic
• End-to-end troubleshooting skills across AWS ? GWCP ? Azure

2. AWS Platform & Governance Skills
Architect must have strong understanding of AWS governance components:

• AWS Control Tower (account factory, guardrails, OUs)
• IAM Identity Center (SSO) with Entra ID integration
• AWS Organizations and multi-account governance
• Landing Zone blueprinting & implementation
• Certificate management including DigiCert imports via ACM

3. AWS Security Services (Hands-On)
They must be proficient with:

• AWS Security Hub (controls, findings, integration with Qualys/Taegis)
• AWS Config (rules, remediation workflows)
• AWS CloudTrail (org-level trails, event analysis)
• AWS CloudWatch (logs, metrics, alarms)
• AWS Network Firewall + Firewall Manager
• Cross-platform SIEM integration (especially with Taegis Secureworks)

Responsibilities:
Architect must have strong understanding of AWS governance components:

• AWS Control Tower (account factory, guardrails, OUs)

• AWS Organizations and multi-account governance
