We're looking for a
Cloud Operations Engineer This role is Office Based, Pune Office
Cloud Operations Engineer:
Location: Pune ( WFO )
Working Hours: Rotational shift (morning, afternoon, night)
In this role you will...

• Monitor network and system performance using tools.
• Identify, analyze, and report incidents or performance issues.
• Assist in troubleshooting outages and coordinating with relevant teams for resolution.
• Document incidents, resolutions, and processes for knowledge sharing.
• Work closely with the support and engineering teams to escalate critical issues.
• Follow processes, including ticketing and escalation procedures.
• Support regular maintenance activities and system updates.

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, IT, Telecommunications, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of networking concepts.
• Familiarity with Linux/Windows servers.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts (if required).
• Any technical certificate will be added advantage.
