Role :

Cloud Operation Manager / Cloud Operation Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

1.APN Portal Management

Maintain and update partner profile information in the APN Partner Central.

Manage access and permissions for internal users on the portal.

Ensure accurate and timely submission of program requirements and documentation.

2. Program Compliance

Track and fulfill all requirements for APN tier upgrades (e.g., Select, Advanced, Premier).

Ensure the company meets the AWS Competency, Service Delivery, and Partner Validation requirements.

Manage the submission process for validations (case studies, customer references, etc.).

3. Collaboration and Coordination

Act as a liaison between internal teams (e.g., sales, marketing, delivery) and AWS Partner Managers.

Coordinate the submission of joint AWS co-marketing campaigns or funding requests (e.g., MDF, MAP).

Support AWS audits, reviews, and annual updates.

4. Reporting and Metrics

Monitor portal metrics such as leads, opportunities, and pipeline through ACE (APN Customer Engagements).

Generate reports for internal stakeholders regarding partnership status, performance, and opportunities.

5. Training and Enablement

Ensure employees complete AWS training and certification requirements.

Track and upload certifications to meet partnership goals.

Required Skills and Knowledge:

Familiarity with AWS services and APN programs (Foundational Technical Review, Competency Programs, etc.).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹33,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
