As a Cloud Native Software Architect, you'll have the opportunity to lead architecture decisions, work with cutting-edge technologies, and build software sub-systems or components while ensuring alignment with requirements and cost constraints. You will work with teams across software development, hardware development, system architecture, and integration to design software structures and interfaces that optimize performance, scalability, and time-to-market.
As a subject matter expert, you will actively contribute to the development process, provide technical guidance, and tackle complex engineering challenges. You will work with other architects and foster a culture of continuous improvement. If you thrive on solving complex challenges and want to make a real impact as a Java expert, this role is for you!
Responsibilities:

• Design and implement scalable, cloud-native solutions for telecom, Mediation, and network automation, aligning with industry trends and business objectives.
• Solutions design and guide the development of secure, high-performance systems by integrating automation frameworks, orchestration tools, and modern networking technologies.
• Provide technical guidance, troubleshoot complex challenges, and develop a proof-of-concept to validate design decisions.
• Work with the team of architects, fostering a culture of innovation, and technical excellence.
• Stay ahead of emerging technologies, driving the adoption of cutting-edge solutions to modernize legacy systems and improve operational efficiency.
• Work closely with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical strategies, ensuring smooth integration and execution.
• Gain telecom & cloud-native expertise to apply deep knowledge of Telecom, Mediation solutions, and cloud-native development to build robust, scalable systems that drive innovation.

Qualifications:
You have:

• Software development experience of 12+ years, including 5+ years in software architecture with a BE/B.Tech./Graduation or equivalent degree.
• Proficiency in programming with expertise in Java (90%) and JavaScript (10%), Python experience will be a plus.
• Deep understanding of networking protocols (TCP/IP, UDP, SNMP) and hands-on experience with cloud platforms (OCP, AWS) and hybrid cloud architectures.

It would be nice if you also had:

• Practical experience with Telecom and mediation solutions, including protocols, transport technologies, and network architectures.
• Background in microservices, container orchestration, and CI/CD pipelines for cloud-native software development.
• Cloud platform certifications (e.g., Kubernetes, OCP Solutions Architect), experience with automation tools (Ansible, Jenkins), and contributions to open-source projects.
