Description:
CTG is seeking to fill a Cloud Migration Consultant for our client.
Location: Remote
Duration: 12 months
Duties:
Serve as a Cloud Migration Consultant, providing expertise in hybrid cloud migration solutions.
Design and implement cloud migration strategies, leveraging software architecture best practices.
Execute migrations for applications, databases, and integrations using AWS services.
Advise on rehosting, refactoring, rearchitecting, replatforming, and containerization approaches.
Evaluate existing systems and map them to AWS services, highlighting benefits and trade-offs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions.
Required Skills:
Programming & Frameworks: Java, Spring Boot, React, JavaScript
Integration & Data: RESTful APIs, Microservices, SQL/NoSQL
Cloud & DevOps: AWS, Docker, CI/CD, containerization
Strong understanding of cloud migration tools, strategies, and network requirements
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
Experience:
At least 2 years of hands-on experience in hybrid cloud migration projects.
Proven track record in implementing migration strategies and architecture solutions on AWS.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $95,000 to $105,000, based on skills, experience, education, and certifications. A competitive benefits package is also offered. About Us:
