Key Responsibilities:
Supervise kitchen staff and ensure smooth daily operations.
Monitor food preparation, quality, and timely delivery of orders.
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety as per company standards.
Manage inventory, stock records, and coordinate with the purchase team.
Prepare daily kitchen reports and attendance using basic computer tools (Excel/Google Sheets).
Coordinate with delivery partners and ensure order accuracy.
Handle kitchen equipment and ensure maintenance schedules are followed.
Support in training and guiding kitchen staff.
Requirements:
Minimum 2-5years of experience in a cloud kitchen or restaurant setup.
Basic computer knowledge (Excel) .
Good communication and leadership skills.
Ability to manage a team and work under pressure.
Flexible with work hours and shifts.
