Role Overview
We are looking for a
Kitchen Operations Supervisor
to manage day-to-day operations of our commercial/cloud kitchens. The role involves supervising staff, ensuring food quality, maintaining hygiene standards, and optimizing operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily kitchen operations and ensure SOP compliance.
Oversee food preparation, cooking processes, and timely delivery.
Manage procurement, vendor coordination, and inventory control.
Recruit, train, and lead kitchen staff for smooth operations.
Collaborate with accounts team for menu planning & pricing.
Ensure hygiene, food safety, and regulatory compliance.
Prepare weekly/monthly cost reports for budget monitoring.
Candidate Requirements
Must be based in
Noida (preferred)
.
2-4+ years of experience in commercial/cloud kitchen operations.
Strong communication, leadership, and team management skills.
Knowledge of operational planning & cost control.
Owns a
bike for commute
and a
personal laptop
.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
