5 to 8 years of experience in Cloud HCM Integration space, having worked on two or more implementations and at least one support project.

Experience Required:\xc2\xb7 Extensive experience in conception and implementation of custom ABAP development projects\xc2\xb7 Expertise on integration topics in the area of SAP ABAP, SAP HCM PA/OM, REST/SOAP\xc2\xb7 Conception and implementation of custom integration scenarios between Oracle Cloud HCM and SAP HCM on premises with Bosch Integration template.\xc2\xb7 Implementation of custom integrations between Oracle Cloud HCM and other systems with Oracle OIC desirable.\xc2\xb7 Advanced development skills in SAP ABAP to cover implementation necessary adjustments in custom developments.\xc2\xb7 General understanding and advanced knowledge regarding SAP HCM info type logic and processes especially SAP PA&OM\xc2\xb7 Experience/Knowledge in modules Oracle Cloud Core HR, Recruitment, Compensation, Talent Management, Benefits, Time & Labor modules is preferred.

• Prepare process flows, data flow diagrams, requirement documents, design document, user training and onboarding documents to support upcoming projects and enhancements.\xc2\xb7 Has good understanding of the Oracle/SAP HCM products to aid in workshops and architect solutions.\xc2\xb7 Knowledge of inter-module dependencies in Oracle HCM products.\xc2\xb7 Aware of all the stages of implementation methodology.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:\xc2\xb7 Customer interaction in defining and finalizing the HR processes for the project.\xc2\xb7 Guide the Customer through facilitated Design sessions and Configuration decisions based on good-practice / best-practice and an understanding of the Customer\'s unique business requirements at all stages of the project\xc2\xb7 Must be able to translate Customer business rules to technical business requirements.\xc2\xb7 Consultants must be able to work independently and with others in preparing Configuration workbooks, Fit-Gap Analysis documents, Technical specifications, Impact Analysis Documents.\xc2\xb7 Strong attention to detail and good analytical and problem-solving skills.
