CTG is seeking to fill a Cloud Integration Developer position for our client.
Location: Remote
Duration: 2 months
Duties:
Develop, maintain, and support cloud integration solutions across the organization.
Execute and manage automation tasks using Ansible.
Administer and troubleshoot Kafka, Confluent Platform, and Redpanda Self-Hosted environments (on-premises).
Diagnose and resolve Kafka-related issues, including those with Apache Kafka Connect.
Ensure proper Kerberos authentication integration with messaging systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile SDLC environment.
Utilize Jira for issue tracking and Git/Bitbucket for source code management.
Monitor and analyze logs, with tools like Logscale, to identify and resolve system issues.
Skills:
Proficiency with Jira, Git, and Bitbucket.
Strong understanding of Agile SDLC practices.
Expertise in Linux/RHEL 8 or higher.
Experience executing Ansible automation tasks.
Fundamental administrative knowledge of Kafka, Confluent Platform, and Redpanda Self-Hosted.
Ability to troubleshoot Apache Kafka Connect and Kafka-related issues.
Knowledge of Kerberos authentication processes.
Experience with log monitoring tools (e.g., Logscale) is a plus.
Experience:
Hands-on experience administering on-prem Kafka environments.
Proven ability to resolve integration and messaging system issues.
Prior experience working in Agile teams and using modern DevOps tools.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $43.00 to $52.00/hour. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained.
