Norq Technology Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is a fast-growing IT startup focused on delivering innovative and cutting-edge technology solutions to clients worldwide. As we continue to scale and expand, we are looking for talented and driven Cloud Infrastructure & DevOps Engineer who can take full ownership of our cloud-agnostic infrastructure for a large-scale fleet telematics platform. This role combines DevOps practices with solution architecture skills -- you'll not only manage deployments, monitoring, and automation, but also design and optimize cloud infrastructure as the platform expands to new regions and scales in complexity.

You'll be part of a team that values infrastructure as code, portability, and cloud neutrality -- with autonomy to shape infrastructure strategies across multi-region, multi-cloud environments.

Infrastructure & Deployment

Manage and maintain production-grade Kubernetes clusters in cloud-agnostic and hybrid environments. Own and optimize Dockerized microservice deployments across multiple cloud providers. Build and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, etc.). Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform or Pulumi for scalable, repeatable deployments.
Cloud Architecture & Scaling

Design cloud-agnostic architectures that account for regional compliance, performance, availability, and security. Define networking, storage, compute, and security layers for new region rollouts or app modules. Work closely with the engineering team to ensure infrastructure supports application-level complexity and scaling needs.
Monitoring, Optimization & Cost Management

Set up and manage observability stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, etc.). Implement cloud usage tracking, alerts, and cost optimization strategies on a periodic basis. Continuously improve system reliability, performance, and resilience.
Security & Governance

Enforce best practices in identity, access, secrets management, and infrastructure-level security. Participate in reviews and audits of cloud setup for compliance and governance.
Skills & Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Infrastructure, or Cloud Solution Architecture. Hands-on expertise with Kubernetes, Docker, and microservice orchestration. Proven experience designing infrastructure for scalable, cloud-agnostic applications. Strong knowledge of Terraform, Pulumi, or other IaC tools. Solid foundation in CI/CD, monitoring, and logging practices. Proficiency in cloud-agnostic design patterns, hybrid cloud environments, and infrastructure portability. Working knowledge of networking, VPCs, ingress controllers, DNS, service mesh, etc. Ability to analyze and optimize cloud costs, resource usage, and deployment footprints.
Bonus Skills:

Experience with multi-cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP). Exposure to data privacy/compliance standards across regions (GDPR, MEA, etc.). Familiarity with Helm, ArgoCD, Linkerd, Istio, Vault, or other CNCF tools.
