Job description
Overview:
We are urgently seeking a Cloud Engineer with expertise in Kubernetes, AWS, and Linux. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of cloud infrastructure and DevOps practices, with hands-on experience in Kubernetes, AWS services, and Linux environments. Additionally, knowledge of Terraform and databases is essential. The candidate will also work closely with the technical team to troubleshoot and optimize cloud infrastructure.
Experience: Overall 10+ Year of Experience with minimum 7+ year of relevant experience
Key Responsibilities:

• Kubernetes: Manage and maintain Kubernetes clusters, deploy applications, and troubleshoot issues related to container orchestration.
• AWS Services: Work with various AWS services such as EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, Redshift, CloudWatch, EKS and more to build and maintain cloud infrastructure.
• Linux Administration: Utilize strong Linux command knowledge to configure and troubleshoot cloud-based environments.
• Terraform: Automate cloud infrastructure deployment and management using Terraform.
• Database Knowledge: Manage and interact with cloud databases (such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or NoSQL databases) to ensure availability, performance, and security.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the technical team to understand requirements and provide insights into troubleshooting and optimizing cloud infrastructure.

Essential Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes for container orchestration and management.
• Proficiency in AWS services like EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, Redshift, CloudWatch, EKS, etc.
• Solid understanding of Linux commands for system administration and troubleshooting.
• Hands-on experience with Terraform for infrastructure as code (IaC) implementation.
• Database knowledge to configure, manage, and troubleshoot relational and NoSQL databases.
• Ability to work with and support cross-functional teams to understand and fulfil project requirements.

Good to Have Skills:

• Experience in analysing and troubleshooting application logs.
• Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack).
• Exposure to other cloud platforms such as Google Cloud or Azure.
• Familiarity with continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
