Job Description

We are looking for an Azure Cloud Executive involves learning and assisting with Azure services, providing basic technical support, and helping with tasks like cloud-based application support, performance monitoring, and documentation. Responsibilities include supporting customers, troubleshooting issues, managing customer interactions, and maintaining knowledge of Azure products. The role typically requires a Bachelor's degree and foundational knowledge of cloud concepts, with on-the-job training for specific skills. Key responsibilities

Technical support:

Provide initial technical support to customers for Azure services via various communication channels.

Troubleshooting:

Assist in diagnosing and resolving software and hardware issues related to Azure services under guidance.

Customer support:

Document customer interactions in a ticketing system and escalate complex issues to senior team members.

Documentation:

Help create and maintain documentation for Azure projects, processes, and solutions.

Learning and development:

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Azure products and services, learning best practices for their use.

Collaboration:

Work with other teams to address customer inquiries and support cloud-based solutions.
Qualifications and skills

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Technical aptitude:

Foundational knowledge of cloud computing principles and Azure architecture.

Problem-solving:

Good troubleshooting and analytical skills to help resolve technical issues.

Communication:

Strong written and verbal communication skills for interacting with customers and colleagues.

Teamwork:

Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Adaptability:

Eagerness to learn new technologies and stay current with the evolving Azure platform.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per year
