Experience : 8+ years Must have strong exp in 12 Factor App Methodoly Preferably from Financial Domain Preferably from Data Background Notice Period : Immediate to 20 days Location : Pune / Mumbai ( Hybrid) Shift Timings : UK Shift ( 1 PM to 10 PM Details: We are seeking a skilled, manager-Level Hands-on Technologist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing the technical aspects of data related projects and initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong Kubernetes, cloud native technologies, and an understanding of the 12 factor app methodology. Experience in the fund services and private markets space is ideal, but not a limiting requirement. Responsibilities: - Provide technical contribution as a part of dynamic and fast moving technology project - Collaborate with cross-regional teams, and work in Agile environment where business and development teams are tightly coupled. - Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software. - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology. - Identify and implement best practices for software development, ensuring efficient and scalable solutions. - Carry a culture of learning and continuous improvement. - Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members to ensure code quality and adherence to standards. - Help in solving and troubleshooting complex technical issues as they arise. - Stay updated of emerging technologies and make recommendations for their adoption where applicable. Requirements: - Good Experience in Kubernetes and cloud native technologies, with a demonstrated ability to design and deploy applications in containerized environments. - Familiarity with the 12 factor app methodology and its application in building modern, cloud-native software systems. - Experience of design and deploy applications in containerized environments. - Good communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders across multiple groups. - Proven record of working as a part of agile team, with the ability to work in teams where members are across geographies. - Willingness to grow to a full stack developer by learning different technologies and helping implement best practices in industry. - Good problem-solving and analytical abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
