General Requirements:
The candidate will work with IT Architects and System Administrators to size, provision, manage and scale Synopsys infrastructure environment on public Cloud platforms. Candidate will need to drive automation for deployment process and platform orchestration; and maintain and support production environments in compliance with SLAs and Security Policies. This job will require to work closely and collaborate with Cloud infrastructure engineers, other IT functional teams and support developers.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Build, release, and manage configuration of production and test infrastructure on public clouds
• Design and implement automated infrastructure solutions and blueprints across compute, storage and network domains.
• Work alongside architects and engineering teams to design and implement scalable services.
• Recommend and integrate process and architecture improvements.
• Develop, Document and Implement standard operating procedures and customer service guidelines for IT support team members.
• Directly work with engineering teams and non-technical business users to troubleshoot and resolve access, performance, and availability issues.
• Ensure compliance to Synopsys security policies such that stakeholder information is protected.

Skills and Experience:

• Experience with one of the major cloud providers (Azure/AWS/GCP) as platform and services administrator.
• Candidate must have experience with Ansible, Terraform and orchestration in GCP/AWS/Azure cloud platform.
• Linux administration and troubleshooting knowledge is must, candidate should have good experience in CentOS/RHEL 7/8 OS.
• Scripting knowledge is a plus in either of BASH, python or perl.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
• Excellent Communication and collaboration skills

Work Experience & Education:

• B. Tech or equivalent degree in Computer Science.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience

• Cloud Certification is preferable.
