And Requirements General Requirements: The candidate will work with IT Architects and System Administrators to size, provision, manage and scale Synopsys infrastructure environment on Private Cloud(OpenStack). Candidate will need to drive automation for deployment process and platform orchestration; and maintain and support production environments in compliance with SLAs and Security Policies. This job will require to work closely and collaborate with Cloud infrastructure engineers, other IT functional teams and support developers. Duties And Responsibilities Build, release, troubleshoot and manage configuration of production and test infrastructure on OpenStack Cloud. Design and implement automated infrastructure solutions and blueprints across compute, storage and network domains. Work alongside architects and engineering teams to design and implement scalable services. Recommend and integrate process and architecture improvements. Develop, Document and Implement standard operating procedures and customer service guidelines for IT support team members. Directly work with engineering teams and non-technical business users to troubleshoot and resolve access, performance, and availability issues. Ensure compliance with Synopsys security policies such that stakeholder information is protected. Skills And Experience Linux administration and troubleshooting knowledge is a must, the candidate should have good experience in Ubuntu/CentOS/RHEL 7/8 OS. Must have experience in OpenStack Deployment, Administration and Troubleshooting. Knowledge of OpenStack services Like Nova, Neutron, Keystone and Designate is a must. Candidate should have hands-on experience in Ansible, a good understanding of Roles, writing Playbooks, and knowledge of Jinja2 templates. Additional experience with one of the major public cloud providers (Azure/AWS/GCP) is highly preferred. Experience in Prometheus, Alert Manager, and Grafana is preferred. Knowledge of Databases (mysql/influxdb) is preferred. Scripting knowledge is a plus in either of BASH, python or perl. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities. Good Communication and collaboration skills. Work Experience & Education: B. Tech or equivalent degree in Computer Science. Minimum 8 years of relevant experience and Minimum of 5 years of experience in OpenStack Deployment and Administration. Cloud Certification is preferable.
